1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Boris JorJovsky! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Illya Tyunina and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dostoevsky shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. JorJovsky tries to get back to half guard but can't. JorJovsky is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. JorJovsky tries to lock up and control but Dostoevsky gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. JorJovsky is trying to escape the mount.
Dostoevsky tries to control but JorJovsky wriggling away. JorJovsky tries to hold on but Dostoevsky pushes him away. JorJovsky tries to reverse the position but Dostoevsky maintains control. JorJovsky avoids a series of strikes thrown by Dostoevsky.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. JorJovsky tries to lock up and control but Dostoevsky gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. JorJovsky gets back to half guard.

Dostoevsky knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for JorJovsky on the ground. Dostoevsky is looking to advance position but JorJovsky won't allow it. JorJovsky wants to improve his position but Dostoevsky is controlling well.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. JorJovsky regains half guard. JorJovsky regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's two minutes gone in the round. JorJovsky pushes a forearm under Dostoevsky's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Dostoevsky is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
