The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kramer is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Knoxville is just riding it out for now. Kramer eventually gives up the hold.
