Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Perrin Aybara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shanghi Hunglow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aybara kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hey Man Nice Shot by Filter. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hunglow has his takedown stuffed so Aybara counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Aybara scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Aybara postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Aybara is looking to work some ground and pound but Hunglow has wrist control. Aybara throws a big right hand that misses. Aybara working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Hunglow manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Aybara manages to get himself to full guard.
Aybara has his feet on Hunglow's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Hunglow misses with a wild combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hunglow has his takedown stuffed and Aybara moves into the clinch. Aybara breaks from the clinch.
Hunglow clinches. Aybara breaks the clinch.
Aybara gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Aybara escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Aybara digs a right hand underneath Hunglow's ribcage. Hunglow let out a lung full of air as it connected. Aybara ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Aybara no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hunglow prevents Aybara from getting back to his feet. Hunglow missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Aybara is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hunglow is controlling him. Aybara pulls Hunglow in to control the position. Aybara keeping moving, preventing Hunglow from controlling successfully. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Hunglow misses with a takedown attempt and Aybara counters with a shoot takedown. Hunglow fights it but they end up in guard. Perrin Aybara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shanghi Hunglow. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hunglow striking from the bottom here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hunglow throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Hunglow bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Aybara's guard. Aybara not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunglow won't allow Aybara to get back to his feet. Aybara is breathing heavily. Aybara trying to control the position.
Hunglow would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Hunglow trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hunglow postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
We're going to have a standup here because Perrin Aybara wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Hunglow misses with a takedown and Aybara counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hunglow won't be happy with that. Aybara throwing shots but missing, from side control. Aybara controlling the position from side mount. Hunglow tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Aybara wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Hunglow tries to escape but Aybara is in control. Aybara throws an elbow but Hunglow slips to the side and avoids it well. Hunglow dodges the ground and pound from Aybara. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Aybara throws a strike aimed at the side of Hunglow's head but Hunglow avoids it well. Hunglow wants to control but Aybara postures up. Hunglow is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Aybara seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hunglow does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Perrin Aybara dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Hunglow pushes Aybara up against the cage in a clinch. Aybara lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Hunglow wants a takedown.
Aybara pushes Hunglow back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Aybara has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Hunglow clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Hunglow trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Hunglow covering up well under a barage of strikes. Aybara is working the ground and pound. Can Hunglow escape? Aybara lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Hunglow hold on?!
Aybara throws a series of strikes and Hunglow wriggles onto his back, so he's now mounted. He's in real trouble here. Aybara connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Aybara postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hunglow looks a forlorn figure.
Hunglow wants to control but Aybara is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aybara thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Aybara is in the full mount, landing strikes. Hunglow is desperately trying to improve his position but Aybara has a good base and remains in mount. Hunglow blocking the ground and pound. Aybara knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hunglow on the ground. Aybara working away from the top, dropping strikes. Aybara landing strikes from the mount and Hunglow is in trouble!
Hunglow is rocked! Aybara looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Hunglow covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
