Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Devils Obstacle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obstacle has a takedown stuffed.
Baker misses with a few strikes there.
Baker comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Baker misses the target.
Left hook, right uppercut from Baker.
Baker misses with a series of wild punches.
Obstacle doesn't manage to clinch there - Baker circles away.
Baker swats away the attempt to clinch by Obstacle.
Obstacle is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Baker throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Obstacle stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Baker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Baker throws a series of punches but Obstacle avoids them all with ease.
Baker stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Baker connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Obstacle momentarily.

Baker stuns Obstacle with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Obstacle shoots in looking for a takedown but Baker manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Obstacle's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Obstacle. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Baker jabs Obstacle right on the nose. Obstacle blinks but takes it well.
Baker lands a leg kick that knocks Obstacle off balance momentarily.

Baker clobbers Obstacle with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Baker buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Baker stuns Obstacle with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Baker is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Obstacle had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Baker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Obstacle moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Baker lands a nice looking body shot.
Baker connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Obstacle shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Baker as he jumps to the side.
Baker jabs Obstacle to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Baker has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Baker ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Obstacle takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Baker throws a right and a left that Obstacle avoids nicely.

Obstacle is looking to clinch but Baker is avoiding it.
Baker connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Obstacle's hands.
Obstacle shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Baker counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Baker keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Baker cracks Obstacle with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Obstacle looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Baker finish him?
Obstacle misses with a takedown attempt - Baker sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Devils Obstacle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
BOOM! Baker lands a beautiful left hook that drops Obstacle. Obstacle tries to recover but Baker is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Obstacle lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
