Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borgne is looking to clinch.
Borgne wants to clinch but Capone slips to the side
letting Capone counter with a right hand.
Borgne closes the distance and clinches.
Borgne trying to control the position but instead, Capone has worked for underhooks and has pushed Borgne into the cage.
Capone changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Borgne fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Capone postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Borgne is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Capone, into his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Capone throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Borgne stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Borgne throws a sloppy head kick and Capone moves out of range easily.

Capone will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Capone is defended easily by Borgne.

Borgne gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Capone to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Capone will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Capone drops back, looking for a kneebar! Borgne looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Borgne looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Borgne!

Capone is looking to reverse the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Borgne decides to stand back up.
Borgne is looking to clinch.
Borgne dodges the punch combination from Capone.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Al Capone dominated that round.

Borgne manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Capone on his heels. He'll look to pass Capone's guard now, I'm sure.

Capone wants to work for an arm triangle but Borgne is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Capone is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Borgne defends it well.

Capone is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Borgne sees it coming and defends easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Borgne is looking to escape.
Capone has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Borgne defend it? Capone steps over the head and cranks it - Borgne is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Capone!
