The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takka looks to land a combination but Jones avoids it well.
Timo Takka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Takka throws a big shot that misses.
Jones on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Takka tries to clinch there but Jones circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Takka looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Jones shoots and misses
and Takka counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Jones thinking.
Jones misses with a takedown attempt
and Takka counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Takka lands a left and a right that send Jones crashing to the mat, dazed. Takka thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Jones is rocked!
It looks like Jon Jones has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Takka lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Jones head around and knocks him out cold! Takka hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
