Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gustaf Lindback (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Purcell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Gustaf Lindback!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Rick Purcell!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Purcell misses with a few strikes there.
Purcell motions for Lindback to come forward. Purcell throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Lindback ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Lindback lands a leg kick that knocks Purcell off balance momentarily.
Purcell takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Lindback fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Purcell has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Purcell tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Good shot there by Lindback.
Lindback scores with a head kick. Purcell tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Purcell swings widly with a right hand
and Lindback connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Purcell is rocked!
Lindback lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Purcell head around and knocks him out cold! Lindback hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gustaf Lindback!
