Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Erwin Chargaff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Biggs Wafers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chargaff comes to the cage accompanied by Ludwig van Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata. Wafers has chosen PrideFC as his entrance music. Biggs Wafers is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Biggs Wafers has been cut.
Chargaff pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Wafers catches Chargaff with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Chargaff tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Wafers is able to avoid easily.

and Chargaff counters with a left to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chargaff throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Wafers sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Chargaff throws an off balance right hand
and Wafers counters with a left and a right that stings Chargaff.
Wafers swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Chargaff gets the takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chargaff goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Wafers has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Chargaff but great work by Wafers.
