Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pee Niss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Georges St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Niss's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I Wish I Was Queer So I Could Get Chicks by Bloodhound Gang. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Niss misses with a kick to the body

and St Pierre counters with a single leg into guard. Niss didn't expect that.
St Pierre trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Niss has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
St Pierre wants to stand but Niss is controlling his posture from full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Niss has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes St Pierre off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Niss doesn't manage to clinch there - St Pierre circles away.
Pee Niss seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
St Pierre throws a series of punches but Niss avoids them all with ease.

Niss manages to get an easy takedown there - catching St Pierre on his heels. He'll look to pass St Pierre's guard now, I'm sure.
St Pierre is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Niss trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Niss's corner is telling him to maintain position.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Pee Niss just wasn't active enough.
St Pierre stuffs the takedown.
Niss throws a body kick, spinning off balance

and St Pierre moves into the clinch.
St Pierre is trying to break free.
Niss prevents St Pierre from breaking the clinch.
St Pierre looks gassed!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
St Pierre is trying to force a seperation but Niss has the dominant position.
St Pierre blocks a body shot from Niss.
St Pierre tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Niss digs a right hand into St Pierre's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on St Pierre's gas tank.

Niss drags the fight down to the ground.
Niss bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in St Pierre's guard.
St Pierre being controlled here, momentarily.
Niss is looking to work some ground and pound but St Pierre has wrist control.

Niss with a flurry of punches that miss.
Niss missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Niss controls from within his opponent's guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Pee Niss just wasn't active enough.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Niss.

St Pierre gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Niss slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Niss throws a big right hand that misses.
Niss is stalling in the full guard.
Niss wants to pass the guard but St Pierre is keeping the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Niss tries to score a power double leg takedown but St Pierre sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Niss somewhat.

Niss drives through with a takedown into guard.
Niss passes St Pierre's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Niss moves into full mount! St Pierre won't be happy about that!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Niss misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Niss landing strikes from the mount and St Pierre is in trouble!
St Pierre is breathing heavily.
Niss working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Niss takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Niss connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
St Pierre really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Niss. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Niss controlling the position easily from mount.

Niss has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Niss fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Niss controlling from mount.
Niss postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. St Pierre looks a forlorn figure.

Niss controlling the pace for now.
St Pierre wants to control but Niss is having none of it.
Niss controlling the position easily from mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pee Niss dominated that second round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!


Niss throws a sloppy head kick and St Pierre moves out of range easily.

St Pierre tries to clinch but Niss moves away

so Niss counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Niss seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Niss stands and steps away. St Pierre gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Niss has St Pierre up against the cage in a clinch.

St Pierre tries to break free but Niss pushes him back against the cage.
St Pierre takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Niss misses with a knee strike.
Niss taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Niss is working St Pierre over against the cage.
St Pierre can't find room to land a body shot as Niss controls the action.
Niss lands a nice shot to the body.

Niss ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Niss no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Niss is looking to sinch up a triangle. St Pierre throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Niss's body to avoid the submission. Niss has instead reached around St Pierre's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Niss arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Pee Niss!
