Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Marston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, John Marston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Phil Williams! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Sam Margolis and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Marston. Williams misses with the combination.
Marston closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Williams to the mat! Williams manages to get full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Marston tries to free his leg and advance position but Williams is retaining full guard. Williams is trying to keep Marston in close.
Williams is looking to stand up but Marston isn't so interested in that idea. Marston pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Williams is keeping the position for now. Marston drops back looking for a leg! Williams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Williams manages to kick Marston off! Marston jumps back into Williams's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marston is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Marston drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Marston jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Williams being controlled here, momentarily. Williams throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Williams looking for a sweep. Not yet Williams, not yet. Marston pushes down on Williams's leg and manages to get into half guard. Williams looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Marston seems to be working for a kimura but Williams defends the submission attempt. Marston is looking for a kimura here.

Marston decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

No, Williams has managed to free his arm - good work. Marston with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Marston is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Williams scores with a takedown into Marston's guard. Marston seems keen to control Williams's posture. Marston pushes Williams off and scrambles back to his feet.
Williams shoots in and bounces Marston off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Marston is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Marston has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Marston manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Marston trying to control but Williams is having none of it. Marston lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Marston looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Marston controlling from mount. Marston has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marston seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Williams for as long as he can get away with. Marston raining down shots from the mount!
It looks like Phil Williams has been cut. Marston working away from the top, dropping strikes. Marston lands a heavy elbow. Marston has hold of Williams's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Williams manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Williams really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Marston. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Marston swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Williams is now in Marston's guard. A big mistake from Marston there, giving up the dominant position! John Marston overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Williams not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Marston keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Marston keeping control of the position. Marston makes his way to full guard, as Williams worked for a kimura.
Williams is breathing heavily. Marston has his hands on Williams's head, controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Marston is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Marston manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Williams manages to get himself to full guard.
Marston passes Williams's left leg - he's now in half guard. Marston is controlling the pace.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Marston dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Phil Williams's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Marston forces his way into half guard. Marston wants to control but Williams is keeping him busy. Marston escapes and gets back to his feet. Marston gets caught napping as Williams dives in and scores a takedown. Marston manages to retain guard. Williams takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Marston is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Marston scoring with strikes to the body and head. Marston is looking to advance position but Williams won't allow it.

That's three minutes gone in the round. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Marston seems to be working for a kimura but Williams defends the submission attempt. Marston seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Williams is staying active underneath Marston, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. John Marston wasn't doing enough on the ground. Williams drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Marston holding on. Williams is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Marston is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marston lands a little strike from the bottom. Marston struggling a bit here. Marston manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Marston is working for a submission of some sort.
Marston passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Williams!
And that's the end of the fight! John Marston showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Marston, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
