The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, John Mangel and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes throws a head kick that half lands.
Hughes throws a low kick but Walker avoids it.
Hughes throws the kick towards the body but Walker avoids it.
Hughes throws a right and a left that both miss.

Hughes tries to score a power double leg takedown but Walker sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hughes somewhat.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Walker digs a right hand underneath Hughes's ribcage. Hughes let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Oh Hughes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A quick uppercut on the inside from Walker.
Walker drops Hughes onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Hughes is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Walker throws a big uppercut that drops Hughes! More strikes from Walker and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Hughes lies dazed against the cage as Walker celebrates with his cornermen!
