Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adriano Rafetti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rich Gold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gold comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bullet with a name kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Adriano Rafetti! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rich Gold! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gold has his takedown stuffed and Rafetti decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Gold's guard. Gold wants to stand up but Rafetti is controlling him. Rafetti wants to control from the top but Gold keeps moving. Gold utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Rafetti tries to stand but Gold is controlling from the bottom. Gold looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Rafetti puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Rafetti postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Gold to stand up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rafetti keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Gold decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Rafetti trying to control but Gold postures up.
Rafetti moves into full guard.
Rafetti is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Gold really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rafetti. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Rafetti is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Gold is staying active underneath Rafetti, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gold is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Gold has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rafetti is working away from the top position though. Gold looks gassed! Rafetti moves nicely into side control. Gold avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Rafetti. Rafetti working the strikes but Gold uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Rafetti seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gold does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rafetti slips a nice elbow through Gold's hands, connecting with Gold's forehead. Rafetti wants to take a breather but Gold is having none of it. Rafetti prevents Gold from standing back up.
Gold is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Rafetti has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Gold defend it? Rafetti steps over the head and cranks it - Gold is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Rafetti!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Adriano Rafetti!
