Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stu Ivanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ivanov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Follow the Tears. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanov throws a left and a right that both miss
and Miller makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Miller shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Miller showed some decent athleticism there.
Miller wants to work for an arm triangle but Ivanov is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Ivanov trying to hold on to Miller's head to control him but Miller postures up.
Ivanov keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Miller seems to be working for a kimura but Ivanov defends the submission attempt.
Miller has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Ivanov tries to get to full guard but Miller has control of the leg.
Miller stands up and beckons Ivanov to join him on the feet.
Miller moves into the clinch.

Miller has Ivanov pushed against the ropes.
A battle for position here, against the ropes.
Miller pulls guard.
Miller keeping full guard, as Ivanov tries to pass.
Ivanov is working hard here to advance position.
Ivanov has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Miller is proving hard to escape from.
Ivanov is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Miller is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Miller has escaped and now he's on top!
Miller gets to his feet - Ivanov follows without any prompting.
Ivanov throws a looping overhand right but Miller ducks down to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A right-left combo lands from Ivanov.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sloppy strikes from Ivanov. Those never looked like landing.
Ivanov gets in close and tags Miller with a short punch that almost sends Miller to the mat! Oh Miller is in big trouble! He turns his back on Ivanov, trying to create some distance but Ivanov rushes him, striking wildly and Miller goes down! The referee tackles Ivanov into the ropes to end the fight! Ivanov is one violent man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stu Ivanov!
