Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Raymond Chow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stone Phillips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Raymond Chow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Stone Phillips! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Ackerman and James Atkins.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Phillips misses with an uppercut
and Chow counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Phillips pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Phillips looks to land a right hand but Chow moved out of range. Phillips just misses with a punch to the body.
A big right from Phillips misses. Phillips ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Chow moves out of range as Phillips strikes. Chow throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Phillips digs a good hook to Chow's body.
Phillips connects with a good right hand that stumbles Chow. Chow circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Phillips, as that shot connected.
Chow blocks a jab. Phillips uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Chow defending well as Phillips loads up on a big left hand. Phillips missing with a left hand there. Chow was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Chow tries to move into range but Phillips moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Chow misses with an uppercut.
Chow darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Chow will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Well, if Chow is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Chow is trying to work for a kimura but Phillips is defending well.

Phillips avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Chow. Phillips keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Chow wants to work for an arm triangle but Phillips is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Chow works his way into side control. Phillips really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chow. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Phillips wants to get back to his feet but Chow drags him back down.

Phillips bucks up and tries to throw Chow off but instead Chow has got his back! Phillips avoids the strikes from Chow. Phillips is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Chow off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Chow is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Phillips. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Chow is looking to control Phillips but Phillips is wriggling around and keeping busy. Chow has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Even with his hooks in, Chow manages to miss with strikes from the back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raymond Chow dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Phillips throws a jab when Chow was well out of range. Phillips punishes Chow's body with a nice straight punch. Phillips throws a lazy right hand but Chow sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Phillips pulls out of a head kick attempt.

and Chow cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Phillips thows a body shot but no joy. Chow displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Phillips throws out the jab. Phillips misses with a straight left. Phillips scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Phillips uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Chow.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Phillips fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Chow manages to avoid it. Phillips misses with a wild body shot. Phillips takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Phillips scores with a nice head shot. Chow moves out of range as Phillips strikes. Phillips loads up on a big right hand but Chow slips the punch. Phillips throws out a loose jab but Chow uses good head movement to avoid it. Chow feints a jab promting Phillips to slip. Chow then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Phillips slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Phillips is looking to score with low kicks. A bone on bone clash there as Chow blocks the leg kick.
Chow throws a hook to the side of Phillips's head but Phillips sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A punch combination from Phillips misses.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Phillips moves out of range as Chow strikes. Chow misses with a hook. Phillips ducked under it nicely. Stone Phillips seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chow thows a body shot but no joy. Phillips misses with a hook. Chow ducked under it nicely. Phillips looks to land a left hand but Chow moved out of range nicely. Phillips slips a straight right by Chow. Phillips works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. A swing and a miss from Phillips. Stone Phillips seems to be getting the better of the standup. Chow keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Phillips throws a big shot that misses. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Phillips with a hook.
Chow closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Phillips avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Chow.

Chow working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Chow throws a strike aimed at the side of Phillips's head but Phillips avoids it well. Chow is working Phillips over with some ground and pound from side control.

Chow tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Chow throws an elbow but Phillips slips to the side and avoids it well. Chow is looking to take a break and control but Phillips is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Chow fails to land a wild elbow strike.

That was a close second round but I would say that Raymond Chow will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Phillips wants it to stay on the feet. Phillips looks to score with a jab to the body but Chow is just out of range. Chow throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Phillips. Chow takes a swing at Phillips's ribcage but misses. Chow throws out a loose jab but Phillips uses good head movement to avoid it. A slow jab from Chow misses its intended target. Phillips scores with the left hand. Chow knows he should have avoided that one. Phillips will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Phillips tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Chow is able to avoid easily. Phillips lands a nice shot to the body.

Chow shoots in and gets a takedown into Phillips's guard. Chow looking to pass the guard. Chow throwing strikes but missing. Phillips utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Chow slips nicely into half guard. Nice strikes from Chow there. Raymond Chow overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Phillips has hold of Chow's hands but Chow slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Still in half guard, Chow seems content to control. Stone Phillips has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Chow missing with the ground and pound from half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Chow slows the pace down in half guard. Phillips avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Chow.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Raymond Chow. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Chow, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
