Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tatu Tikki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Incubus Foo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tikki comes into the arena with Ratatat - Loud Pipes blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Incubus Foo enters the cage!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Incubus Foo!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tikki scores with a leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Foo.
Tikki misses with a jab to the body
and Foo finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Foo takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Foo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tikki throws out the jab.

and Foo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Tikki lands with a thumping leg kick.
Tikki connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A low kick from Foo is predictable there
and Tikki counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Foo thinking.
Foo throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

and Tikki counters with a series of strikes. Foo will be more careful next time no doubt.
A slow jab from Tikki misses its intended target.
Tikki lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Tikki avoids the body shot from Foo.

Foo thows a leg kick but Tikki checks it
and Tikki counters with a nice uppercut.
Tikki clobbers Foo with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Tikki throws a low kick but Foo avoids it.
Incubus Foo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tikki will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Foo scores with a hook to the body. Tikki takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Foo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tikki manages to avoid it.

Tikki shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Foo but Foo pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Tatu Tikki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Foo throws a body punch but Tikki moves out of range.

Foo is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Tikki rather than just go for the knockout.

It looks like Tatu Tikki has been cut.
Tikki bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Foo's head backwards.

Tikki throws a looping overhand right but Foo ducks down to avoid it.

Foo slips a jab and a cross from Tikki.
Tikki throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Foo on the side of the head.
Foo throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Foo throws a low kick but Tikki moves out of range easily.
Tikki scores with a punch to the head.
Foo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tikki.
Foo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tikki.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Tikki keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Tikki's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Tikki buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Tikki fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Foo has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Foo ducks right into an uppercut from Tikki.
A nice leg kick lands there from Tikki.
Tikki thows a body kick. Foo tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Tikki darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tikki moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Foo is rocked!
Tikki throws a monster overhand right that drops Foo! Tikki follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
