Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Keat Cullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Mayfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cullen comes to the cage accompanied by My way - Sid Vicious . Mayfield is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by One. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayfield shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cullen defends it nicely.
Mayfield misses with a takedown attempt - Cullen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Cullen with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Cullen tries to score with a low kick but Mayfield moves his leg out of the way.
Cullen ducks under a wild hook from Mayfield.
Mayfield misses with a leg kick.
Cullen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mayfield.
Keat Cullen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thomas Mayfield.
Mayfield takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Cullen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mayfield has a takedown stuffed.
Mayfield shoots in looking for a takedown but Cullen manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mayfield's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Cullen swings for the body but Mayfield moves out of range.

and Cullen counters with a nice uppercut.
Cullen scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Mayfield doesn't seem bothered though.
Mayfield tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Cullen scores with a hook to the body. Mayfield takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Mayfield looks gassed!
Cullen throws a hook but Mayfield blocks it.
Mayfield thows a body shot but no joy.
Mayfield walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Cullen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Good standup being displayed there by Cullen as he connects with a hook.
Mayfield dives in and grabs Cullen's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cullen pushes down on Mayfield's head and hops out.
Cullen instigates a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mayfield tries to pull guard but Cullen won't allow it.
Cullen prevents a takedown attempt there.
Cullen lands a shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cullen stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Cullen makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Mayfield struggles to land a body shot inside as Cullen controls his hands.
Cullen unloads a knee to the mid-section. Mayfield lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Cullen lands with a left to the head.
Cullen lands a right hand.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Cullen obliges.

A nice left hand lands by Cullen.
Mayfield is rocked!
Cullen lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Mayfield is still on wobbly legs! Can Cullen finish him?
Cullen lands a big knee! That's hurt Mayfield! Oh, he's all over the place! Cullen lands another knee that sends Mayfield to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Keat Cullen!
