Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice has his takedown stuffed

and Liddell counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Slice's guard now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Slice is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Liddell drops back looking for a leg! Slice is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Slice manages to kick Liddell off! Liddell jumps back into Slice's guard.

Liddell wants to stand up but Slice has a hold of him and won't allow it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Liddell prevents Slice from standing back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Slice's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
