Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hyashi Yedo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenichi Osada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hyashi Yedo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenichi Osada! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Osada throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Osada throws a leg kick but Yedo moved away. Osada misses with a low kick. Yedo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Osada.
Osada throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Yedo sees it coming and avoids it easily. Yedo slips a jab and a cross from Osada.
Osada throws a head kick but Yedo moves out of range.
Osada attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Yedo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Osada. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Osada is looking to land body kicks. Yedo shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Osada is refusing to be controlled, as Yedo sits in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yedo is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Yedo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Osada doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Yedo. The fighters are battling for position here. Osada manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Osada preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Yedo is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Yedo stopping the sweep attempt from Osada. Osada really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Yedo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Osada is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Osada keeping moving, preventing Yedo from controlling successfully. Yedo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Yedo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Osada is keeping the position for now. Yedo drops back looking for a leg! Osada is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Osada manages to kick Yedo off! Yedo jumps back into Osada's guard. Osada keeping full guard, as Yedo tries to pass. Yedo is fighting to break Osada's control of his arms but Osada is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Osada's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Osada wants to sweep but no luck. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Yedo trying to control but Osada is working from the bottom. Yedo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Osada is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Yedo, into his guard. Yedo keeping moving, preventing Osada from controlling successfully. Yedo working for a triangle but Osada defends it easily.

Osada slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yedo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Osada is aware though and is defending well. Yedo looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Yedo looking for a guillotine here but Osada defends easily.
Yedo is trying to control the position but Osada postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hyashi Yedo dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Osada tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Yedo is able to avoid easily. Yedo moves out of range of the body kick from Osada.
Osada throws a low kick but it's checked well by Yedo. Yedo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Osada tries to improve position but can't. Yedo working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Osada tries to bench press Yedo off him but Yedo keeps the position. Yedo has hold of Osada's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Osada tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Yedo cranks the arm and Osada screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Osada, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:02 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Hyashi Yedo!
