PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cro Copout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Starsmore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Copout comes into the arena with you throw knee, i go home blaring out of the sound system. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Starsmore takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Starsmore tries to work over Copout's front leg with a kick but Copout checks it.
Starsmore displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Copout throws out the jab.

Copout tries to close the distance and clinch up but Starsmore swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Starsmore doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Copout counters with a straight right hand.
Cro Copout has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Starsmore.
Copout throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Starsmore scoring well with a low kick there.
Copout is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Copout doesn't manage to clinch there - Starsmore circles away.
Copout is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Starsmore can do to turn this around?

and Copout counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Cro Copout has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Starsmore.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Well Copout has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
