Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Perseus Danae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy Krueger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Danae's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Labyrinth - Thunder. Krueger has chosen Freddy's Coming For You as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Freddy Krueger has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danae fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Perseus Danae seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Danae throws a poor cross that misses
and Krueger counters with a crisp one two that drops Danae! Krueger thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Danae to his feet! Danae is in big trouble!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Danae fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Danae misses the jab.
Krueger avoids the head kick by Danae.
Krueger checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Krueger moves away from the strike by Danae.
Danae throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Danae throws the kick towards the body but Krueger avoids it.
Danae drops his hands momentarily and Krueger takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It looks like Perseus Danae has been cut.
Danae lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Krueger circles away quickly and effectively.
Krueger lands a nice hook to Danae's body. Danae takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Danae is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The fighters circle momentarily. Krueger darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Krueger thows a leg kick but Danae checks it
and Danae cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Krueger counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Krueger lands a nice leg kick that just misses Danae's sensitive parts.
Danae checks the leg kick nicely there.
Krueger connects with a good right hand that stumbles Danae. Danae circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Perseus Danae's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Krueger misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A clash of legs there as Danae blocks the low kick.

Krueger tries to work over Danae's front leg with a kick but Danae checks it.
Danae throws a right and a left that Krueger avoids nicely.
Krueger moves out of range as Danae throws a body kick.
Krueger uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Danae.
Danae takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Danae avoids a punch combination nicely.
Krueger is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Danae had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Krueger connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Jeez, Perseus Danae's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Danae lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Danae swings for the body but Krueger moves out of range.

Danae connects with a solid leg kick.
No joy there for Krueger, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Krueger throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Danae's waist but Danae gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Krueger off to one side.
Danae misses with an uppercut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Krueger digs a good body shot into Danae's ribs.
Danae misses with a head kick.
Krueger looks to land a combination but Danae avoids it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Freddy Krueger dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Perseus Danae's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Danae connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Krueger momentarily.
Danae throws a nice looking combination but Krueger bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Krueger jabs Danae right on the nose. Danae blinks but takes it well.
Danae takes a swing at Krueger's ribcage but misses.
Danae dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Krueger. That did some damage!

Danae will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Krueger clobbers Danae with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Perseus Danae's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Freddy Krueger!
