Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bishop Carver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carver's entrance music is Jay Z ft. Freeway - 8 miles and Runnin'. A fine choice. Jeff Austin told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeff Austin!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carver dips to his left and cracks Austin with an uppercut!
Carver does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Carver wants to land a leg kick but Austin is out of range.
Good exchange - Carver coming out on top.
Austin takes one to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A telegraphed right hand from Carver misses the target.
Austin moves to clinch but Carver breaks away
and Carver counters with a nice uppercut.
Carver pivots, looking for a leg kick but Austin is out of range and Carver settles back down.
Carver lands a nice leg kick that just misses Austin's sensitive parts.
Austin tries for a takedown but Carver sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Austin tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Austin looks gassed!
That kick from Carver tenderised Austin's leg. Austin is trying to keep his angry face on.
Carver drops Austin with a beautiful combination! Austin stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Carver is looking for the KO!
Jeff Austin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Austin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Carver. Carver obviously looking to wear him down.
Carver is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Austin like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Austin from another fist facial!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bishop Carver!
