16 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Orlando Sackett! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hayoki throws a body kick the misses and Sackett counters with a takedown into side control. Sackett is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hayoki knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Hayoki tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sackett wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Hayoki sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Hayoki is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Sackett pulls his head out easily. Hayoki trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Sackett manages to pass to mount!
Hayoki could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Hayoki tries to improve his position but instead Sackett has taken his back! Sackett is hanging on to Hayoki's back as he tries to escape.

Sackett has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Hayoki. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hayoki regains full guard. Nicely done. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Orlando Sackett dominated that round. The cut man is working on Hatzu Hayoki's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Sackett lands a front kick. Hayoki doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Orlando Sackett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sackett fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hayoki sprawls well initially but Sackett persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Hayoki wants to get back to full guard. Hayoki trying to get back to full guard but Sackett takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Sackett working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Hayoki turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Sackett off and cradles Hayoki's limp body as Sackett celebrates with his corner.
