Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Curtis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Mallone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Curtis comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes The Boom. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ryan Mallone was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Curtis is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mallone's half guard.

Mallone really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Curtis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mallone can do anything to dispel that myth.

Curtis cracks Mallone with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The cut above Ryan Mallone's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Curtis is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Curtis has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Mallone's face.
Mallone is still in real trouble! Can Curtis finish him?
Curtis postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Mallone in real trouble here! The ref calls for Mallone to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
