Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luda Chris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Panse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Panse has chosen Future World Music - Fight as his entrance music. Luda Chris could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jim Panse's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Luda Chris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jim Panse! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chris tries to clinch but Panse moves out of range. Panse scores with a punch to the head. Chris swinging wildly here.
Chris misses with a head kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Panse. Chris does a little dance to reset his feet. Chris fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Panse avoids it really well and circles away. Chris tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Chris shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Panse as he avoids it easily. Panse stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Luda Chris. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chris just misses with a punch to the body.
Chris takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Panse throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Chris. Chris gets a clinch. Chris tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Panse's elbow. Chris wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Chris turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Panse is trying to control Chris's posture but Chris avoids it. Panse is trying to improve his position. Chris has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chris ducks under a wild hook from Panse. Panse wants to clinch. Chris doesn't manage to clinch there - Panse circles away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Panse keeps the fight on the outside. Jim Panse is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Panse's corner calls for a 1-2. Panse obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Luda Chris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chris falls off balance throwing a combination
and Panse counters with a solid body kick. Panse looks to land a combination but Chris avoids it well. Panse swats away the attempt to clinch by Chris. A head kick from Panse lands but Chris takes it in his stride. Panse throws a sloppy head kick and Chris moves out of range easily. Good exchange - Panse coming out on top. Chris fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Panse manages to avoid it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chris throws a series of punches but Panse moves out of range. Chris moves out of range of the body kick. Panse slips a jab and a cross from Chris.
Chris has taken the fight to the clinch.

Panse blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Chris effectively controlling the action here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Panse trying to control the position but instead, Chris has worked for underhooks and has pushed Panse into the cage. Chris blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Luda Chris will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Chris fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Panse is out of range. Chris tries to clinch but Panse is having none of it. Chris shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Panse but Panse pushes him off and we're back to square one. Chris tries to close the distance and clinch but Panse swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Chris throws a nice looking combination but Panse bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Chris moves out of range of the body kick from Panse.
Chris closes the distance and pushes Panse back into the cage. Chris dodges an elbow strike from Panse.
Chris blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Panse taking a breather.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chris takes an elbow to the temple. Chris on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Chris lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Panse is trying to get back to full guard. Chris not doing much here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Chris is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Chris controlling from mount. Chris's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
