Bija wants to clinch
and Souza counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Souza fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bija throws out a loose jab but Souza uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bija throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bija looks gassed!
Bija throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Souza counters with a right hand that sends Bija tumbling to the canvas! Can Souza finish him? He dives into Bija's guard looking to do just that!
It looks like James Bija has been cut.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bija can do anything to dispel that myth.

Souza has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Souza slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Souza lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Bija on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Souza in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Bija looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Souza turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
