Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juho Pennanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Ovenglove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ovenglove has chosen Tarantula as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Juho Pennanen has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Juho Pennanen seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Juho Pennanen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Marcus Ovenglove! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pennanen circles away from the clinch attempt and Pennanen counters with a shoot takedown. Ovenglove fights it but they end up in guard. Ovenglove wants to stand and escape but Pennanen is having none of it. Pennanen content to stall in guard here. Pennanen working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pennanen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ovenglove is keeping the position for now.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Juho Pennanen. Pennanen dives in and scores a takedown into Ovenglove's guard. Ovenglove can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pennanen controls the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ovenglove wants to stand and escape but Pennanen is having none of it. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Pennanen passes Ovenglove's left leg - he's now in half guard. Pennanen looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pennanen is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Ovenglove pushes Pennanen off looking to stand but Pennanen dives back in and keeps control.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Juho Pennanen. Pennanen circles away from the clinch attempt and Pennanen counters by moving into the clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ovenglove with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Ovenglove connects with a knee to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Juho Pennanen dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Ovenglove wants to clinch but Pennanen slips to the side and Pennanen counters with a shoot takedown. Ovenglove fights it but they end up in guard. Pennanen controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Ovenglove really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pennanen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Pennanen seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ovenglove for as long as he can get away with.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Pennanen closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Pennanen lands in his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pennanen sitting in guard here, content to control. Pennanen passes into half guard. Pennanen keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Juho Pennanen just wasn't active enough. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pennanen is defended easily by Ovenglove. Pennanen circles away from the clinch attempt and Pennanen counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Ovenglove!
That's three minutes gone in the round. You get the feeling that Ovenglove really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Pennanen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Pennanen thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Juho Pennanen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pennanen content just to control the position here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Pennanen pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Pennanen controlling from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Juho Pennanen dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Pennanen shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ovenglove is trying to defend but Pennanen finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Pennanen content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Pennanen wants to work for an arm triangle but Ovenglove is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pennanen works his way into side control. Ovenglove is trying to escape the position but Pennanen is controlling the position. Pennanen is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ovenglove knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pennanen throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Pennanen content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marcus Ovenglove has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Ovenglove takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Ovenglove is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Pennanen postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pennanen is staying tight to Ovenglove's torso, preventing him from escaping.
And that's the end of the fight! Juho Pennanen showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pennanen, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
