Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt Porter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Porter comes to the cage accompanied by Red Hot Chili Peppers - Roller Coaster of Love. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matt Porter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Henry Goldberg!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Chad Campbell and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left lands for Porter.
Goldberg staying out of range there.
Porter's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Porter duly obliges.
Porter throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Porter throws a hook but Goldberg avoids it easily.
Porter fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Goldberg is out of range.
Porter connects with a solid leg kick.
A telegraphed right hand from Porter misses the target.
Porter misses the shot to the body.
Porter throws a quick inside leg kick.
Nice shot by Porter.
Porter lands a leg kick that knocks Goldberg off balance momentarily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Porter misses with a low kick.
Porter looks to land a right hand but Goldberg moved out of range.
Goldberg moves forwards but Porter connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Porter throws a low kick but Goldberg moves out of range easily.
Porter dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Goldberg. That did some damage!

Porter fails to land with a series of punches.
Nice uppercut lands for Porter. That snapped Goldberg's head back.
Porter cracks Goldberg with a good jab.
Matt Porter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Porter, as that shot connected.
Goldberg wants to clinch.
Matt Porter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Goldberg avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Porter cracks Goldberg with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Goldberg ducks under a wild hook from Porter.

Goldberg feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Henry Goldberg wasn't active enough on the ground.

Goldberg shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Goldberg was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Porter is working to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Goldberg takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Porter is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Henry Goldberg was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Porter throws a nice looking combination but Goldberg bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Porter throws out a leg kick but Goldberg moves out of range and Porter only half commits.
No joy there for Porter, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Goldberg is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Porter has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Porter!

Porter is fighting to break Goldberg's control of his arms but Goldberg is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Goldberg fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Porter sprawls well initially but Goldberg persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Henry Goldberg hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Porter has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Goldberg can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

I would just about give that final round to Henry Goldberg.
I think Goldberg has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
