Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iron Mike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ingo Pavlik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ingo Pavlik is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Fedor Mirinova and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mike shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Pavlik counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Mike drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Pavlik breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pavlik fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mike, pushing him back against the cage.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Mike. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Pavlik lands a left and a right that send Mike crashing to the mat, dazed. Pavlik thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Mike is rocked!
Pavlik lands with a big right hook that stumbles Mike - he's out on his feet here! Pavlik follows up with another monster hook that separates Mike from consciousness! Mike falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Pavlik stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
