The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wang.
David Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith connects with a right hand. Wang shakes it off.
Wang throws a series of punches but Smith avoids them all with ease.
Smith ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wang moves away.
Wang missing with a left hand there. Smith was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Wang throws a nice looking combination but Smith bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Wang avoids the body shot from Smith.
Wang steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Smith.
Some wild striking there from Wang.
Smith swings for the body but Wang moves out of range.
Wang walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Smith takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Smith lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Smith looks to land a body kick but Wang moved away.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smith fails with an attempt to clinch.
Smith misses the shot to the body.

Smith lands a right hook to the body.
A leg kick checked by Wang.
Smith lands a lovely overhand right.

Wang takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Smith thuds his right hand into Wang's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
An inside leg kick lands from Smith.
Wang throws a hook but Smith blocks it.
Smith tests Wang's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Smith clinches up with Wang and pushes him back against the cage.
Smith breaks from the clinch.
Wang on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
No joy there for Wang, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wang looks gassed!
Smith avoids the body shot from Wang.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Smith scores with a shot to the body.
Smith lands a jab-cross combination.
Jab, jab by Smith - just one landing.
Oooooh!!! Smith has knocked Wang down with a huge combo! Smith steps away and waves a wobbly Wang back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Wang is rocked!
It looks like Mr Wang has been cut.
and Smith counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Wang! He's just covering up as Smith starts to tee off till referee steps in and stops the fight!
