Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dan Henderson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kevin Reabker! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reabker shoots for a takedown but Henderson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Henderson closes the distance and clinches. Henderson throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Henderson fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Reabker has picked Henderson up - he's going for a ride! Reabker dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Reabker trying to control the action but Henderson is working from the bottom. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Reabker thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Henderson looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Henderson wants to control but Reabker is keeping busy.
Henderson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Reabker is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Reabker thows a huge punch but Henderson dodges it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reabker prevents Henderson from improving his position. Reabker looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Henderson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Reabker scoring with strikes to the body and head. Reabker scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Reabker thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Henderson wants to control but Reabker is keeping busy and won't allow it. Nice strikes from Reabker there. Nice strikes from Reabker there. Henderson is refusing to be controlled, as Reabker sits in half guard. Reabker moves into full mount! Henderson won't be happy about that! Reabker dominating with strikes here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Henderson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Henderson flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

It looks like Dan Henderson has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Reabker unloading with bombs!
Dan Henderson's cut is getting worse. Reabker cracks Henderson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Reabker lands a nice shot to the head.
Jeez, Dan Henderson's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Dan Henderson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
