Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glen Hu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Hu to counter with a crisp jab.
Lopez walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Hu feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Lopez's calf.
Hu shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lopez manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Hu not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Lopez is looking for a triangle here but Hu uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Lopez shoots for a double leg takedown but Hu sprawls well. He's pushed Lopez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Hu drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lopez manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hu has Lopez in his guard.

Glen Hu has got the better of the ground game so far.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lopez throws some wild stikes that Hu manages to avoid easily.

Glen Hu comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
