Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tomasz Krzynowek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daly Foran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tomasz Krzynowek! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Daly Foran! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foran shoots in and bounces Krzynowek off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Foran stays in close to Krzynowek's body and controls the position. Foran postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Krzynowek wants to stand up but Foran is controlling him. Foran trying to control but Krzynowek is working from the bottom. Krzynowek is looking to stand up but Foran isn't so interested in that idea. Foran scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Foran forces his way into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foran winds up and cracks Krzynowek with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Foran winds up and cracks Krzynowek with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Foran looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Krzynowek with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Foran is trying to control. Krzynowek wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Foran has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Krzynowek is breathing heavily. Krzynowek is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Foran raining down hammerfists from mount. Foran in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Foran controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Foran is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Krzynowek can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Foran looking to finish Krzynowek with some ground and pound. This is bad for Krzynowek! Foran pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Krzynowek knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Foran on the ground. Foran looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Foran has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Krzynowek is bucking up trying to escape but Foran cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Krzynowek is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Foran postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Krzynowek in real trouble here! The ref calls for Krzynowek to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daly Foran!
