Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ray Olob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonnie Boardwalk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boardwalk looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Olob!
Olob is in a horrible position here. Boardwalk smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Olob tries to hold on but Boardwalk pushes him away.
Olob regains half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Olob has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Boardwalk is working away from the top position though.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jonnie Boardwalk hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Olob controls Boardwalk momentarily but Boardwalk frees himself.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Boardwalk connects with a nice short shot to Olob's temple.

Jonnie Boardwalk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well Boardwalk has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
