Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Krystian Dobrzynsky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Himbo Spice! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Anthony Taglia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spice doesn't manage to clinch there - Dobrzynsky circles away.
Dobrzynsky misses with a looping right. Himbo Spice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Spice moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Oooooh!!! Spice has knocked Dobrzynsky down with a huge combo! Spice steps away and waves a wobbly Dobrzynsky back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Krystian Dobrzynsky has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Spice swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Spice throws a combination. Dobrzynsky tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Spice misses with a jab, cross combination.
Spice throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Spice fails to land the takedown. Dobrzynsky will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dobrzynsky checks a leg kick. Spice fails with the takedown and Dobrzynsky cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Himbo Spice has been cut. Spice connects with a leg kick. Dobrzynsky looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Spice looks gassed! Dobrzynsky misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Dobrzynsky tries to clinch but Spice moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Spice tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Dobrzynsky throws the left hand but Spice avoids the punch easily. Dobrzynsky misses with a two punch combination.

Spice throws a sloppy head kick and Dobrzynsky moves out of range easily. Spice slips a straight right by Dobrzynsky.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spice throws a series of punches but Dobrzynsky moves out of range. Dobrzynsky darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Spice looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Spice avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Dobrzynsky. Dobrzynsky is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Dobrzynsky works his way into full mount! Dobrzynsky jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Spice manages to avoid the submission attempt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dobrzynsky throws an elbow but Spice slips to the side and avoids it well. Sloppy strikes there by Dobrzynsky. Spice tries to improve position but can't. Spice is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dobrzynsky sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Spice is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Spice tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dobrzynsky wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Dobrzynsky happy to just control the position for now. Spice wants to control but Dobrzynsky postures up. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dobrzynsky taking a breather here. Dobrzynsky wants to lay and pray for a moment but Spice keeps working. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Himbo Spice dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Spice walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Dobrzynsky misses with a looping right. Spice misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Spice fails with a takedown attempt. Spice lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dobrzynsky circles away quickly and effectively.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spice throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Spice is breathing heavily. Dobrzynsky throws an overhand right that lands on Spice's shoulder, as Spice tries to avoid the shot. Krystian Dobrzynsky is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Spice shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dobrzynsky but Dobrzynsky pushes him off and we're back to square one. Dobrzynsky rushes Spice and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Dobrzynsky wants a takedown.
Dobrzynsky gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Well, if Dobrzynsky is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Spice tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Dobrzynsky wants to take a breather but Spice is having none of it. Spice keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Dobrzynsky not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Dobrzynsky missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Dobrzynsky perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dobrzynsky missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Dobrzynsky here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Dobrzynsky frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Dobrzynsky punching from mount but Spice doing a good job of avoiding damage. Dobrzynsky thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Dobrzynsky sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Dobrzynsky is working for a guillotine from mount but Spice frees his head quite easily.
Spice tries to reverse the position but Dobrzynsky maintains control. Dobrzynsky trying to control but he's not successful this time. Poor strikes thrown by Dobrzynsky there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Dobrzynsky working away from the top, dropping strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Spice wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Dobrzynsky.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dobrzynsky looking to secure an arm triangle but Spice defends it well. Dobrzynsky avoids a low kick by using good footwork. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Spice tries to clinch up. Spice swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Spice takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Spice doesn't succeed with the takedown and Dobrzynsky counters with a shoot takedown. Spice fights it but they end up in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dobrzynsky with a flurry of punches that miss. Krystian Dobrzynsky overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Dobrzynsky thows a big elbow that misses. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dobrzynsky accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Dobrzynsky trying to control but Spice is working from the bottom. Dobrzynsky looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Dobrzynsky drops back looking for a leg! Spice is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Spice manages to kick Dobrzynsky off! Dobrzynsky jumps back into Spice's guard. Dobrzynsky got a little sloppy there for a moment and Spice has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dobrzynsky has managed to get both his arms back between Spice's legs - danger averted.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Spice had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dobrzynsky defends it easily. Dobrzynsky trying to control the position from guard on top but Spice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dobrzynsky throwing strikes but missing. Spice preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Dobrzynsky controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Dobrzynsky throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Spice works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dobrzynsky might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Spice escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dobrzynsky gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Spice working for a triangle but Dobrzynsky defends it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dobrzynsky loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Dobrzynsky wants to control from the top but Spice keeps moving. Dobrzynsky throws a big right hand that misses. Spice utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Dobrzynsky sitting in guard here, content to control. Dobrzynsky trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Dobrzynsky in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Spice being controlled here, momentarily. Dobrzynsky slips nicely into half guard. Dobrzynsky is looking to take a break and control but Spice is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
