Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kid Kamakazi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Streder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kamakazi comes to the cage accompanied by Teen Spirit. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kid Kamakazi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Frank Streder!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamakazi fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Kamakazi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Streder swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Streder looks for a takedown but Kamakazi sprawls well.
Kamakazi fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Streder shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kamakazi manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Streder tries to stand but Kamakazi is controlling from the bottom.

Kamakazi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Streder gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Kamakazi is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Kamakazi is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Streder is aware though and is defending well.
Streder really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kamakazi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Streder keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kamakazi's head.

and Kamakazi counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kamakazi thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Kamakazi seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kamakazi is pushing down on Streder's leg trying to pass to half guard. Streder is fighting to maintain full guard but Kamakazi has managed to sneak the leg through.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
