Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Randale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikola Popovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randale comes to the cage accompanied by Darude - Sandstorm. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Roger Randale! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nikola Popovic! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Skip Squint and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Randale has closed the distance and engaged Popovic in a clinch.
Popovic has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Randale is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Randale has Popovic pressed against the cage.
Randale prevents the takedown attempt.
Randale tries to land a knee to the head but Popovic blocks with his arms.
Randale escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Popovic shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Popovic showed some decent athleticism there. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Popovic lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Randale on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Popovic is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's one minute gone in the round. Popovic is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Randale is trying to get back to full guard. Randale avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Popovic. Popovic trying to control the pace. Popovic missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Popovic has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Popovic working Randale over with strikes. Randale on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Randale tries to get out of the position. This has been an exciting period of action! Popovic missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Popovic seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Popovic looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Randale with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Randale knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Popovic on the ground. Popovic in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Randale tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Popovic!
