Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hulk Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rol Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hulk Hogan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rol Gracie! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Hogan which made him look bad. Hogan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gracie to the mat! Gracie manages to get full guard. Hogan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gracie is keeping the position for now. Hogan is working hard here to advance position. Hogan working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Hogan slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Gracie gets back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hogan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gracie's head. Gracie is defending against the submission attempts here by Hogan.
Hogan is looking to pass Gracie's guard but actually Gracie recovers to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hogan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Gracie is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Hogan wants to pass the guard but Gracie is keeping the position. Hogan slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Hogan is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gracie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Gracie taking punishment in the form of punches.
Hogan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hogan looks up at the clock and then as Gracie takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Hogan smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hogan landing strikes. Hogan tries to score with some ground and pound. Gracie controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Hogan working the ground and pound but Gracie is defending the strikes. Hogan works to advance to full mount. Gracie defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Hogan lands a nice shot to the head. Gracie is in a horrible position here. Hogan smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Gracie is desperately trying to improve his position but Hogan has a good base and remains in mount. Gracie looks gassed! Hogan lands a heavy elbow. Hogan drops a big elbow. That's hurt Gracie! More shots from Hogan and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hulk Hogan!
