Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reilly closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into McCarthy's guard.
McCarthy controls Reilly momentarily but Reilly frees himself.
Reilly working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Reilly trying to control but McCarthy is working from the bottom.
McCarthy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Reilly has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

McCarthy has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Reilly off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

McCarthy controls Reilly momentarily but Reilly frees himself.

Reilly drops back looking for a leg! McCarthy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and McCarthy manages to kick Reilly off! Reilly jumps back into McCarthy's guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

McCarthy pushes Reilly off and scrambles back to his feet.
Reilly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McCarthy paws at him with a jab and circles away.

McCarthy gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Reilly to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Reilly trying to move into half guard but instead McCarthy has managed to sweep!
McCarthy working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
