Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rob Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takihashi Ono (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Takihashi Ono enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rob Stewart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Takihashi Ono! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Luis Engracia and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stewart looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ono is fending him off so far but Stewart persists. Nope, Ono circles away and we're back to standing. Ono blocks a head kick by Stewart.
Ono dodges the punch combination from Stewart.
Stewart tries a head kick but it misses.
Ono shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Stewart but Stewart pushes him off and we're back to square one. Stewart fails with an attempt to clinch.
Stewart throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Ono's head. Ono blocks a head kick by Stewart.
Stewart jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Stewart misses with a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stewart misses with a takedown attempt and Ono decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Stewart's guard. Ono wants to control from the top but Stewart keeps moving. Ono slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Ono wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Stewart, who protects the arm well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stewart is being controlled here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ono trying to control the action but Stewart is working from the bottom. Ono might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Stewart kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Stewart tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ono wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Stewart really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Stewart prevents Ono from improving position. Ono has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Ono misses with a takedown and Stewart counters with a big head kick but Ono shrugs it off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ono closes the distance but Stewart moves to the side and Stewart counters with a flying knee. Nice. Stewart tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Stewart tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Stewart lands a high kick!
Stewart closes the distance but Ono moves to the side and Ono decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Stewart's guard. Stewart is looking for a triangle but Ono pushes his legs off easily.
Stewart is breathing heavily. Ono gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Ono fails in his attempt to clinch. Stewart tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Ono counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Stewart! Ono controlling the pace for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stewart is squirming around, avoiding Ono's attempts to control the action. Stewart is trying to escape the mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Stewart is trying to escape the mount.
Ono controlling the pace for now.
Despite being in the dominant position, Takihashi Ono just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. The fight stays on the outside here - Ono looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Ono with a poor takedown and Stewart counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Rob Stewart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Takihashi Ono. Stewart pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ono is keeping the position for now. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ono wants to sweep but no luck. Stewart is pushing down on Ono's leg trying to pass to half guard. Ono is fighting to maintain full guard but Stewart has managed to sneak the leg through. Ono won't allow Stewart to pass to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Takihashi Ono dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Stewart lands a jab to Ono's midsection. Ono shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ono was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Ono trying to control but Stewart is having none of it. Stewart regains half guard. Ono missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Stewart kicks off Ono and gets to his feet. A combination from Stewart does no damage. Stewart will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ono moves into the clinch successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stewart stops a takedown attempt from Ono.
Stewart wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ono tries to throw a body punch but Stewart avoids it by throwing Ono back against the cage. Ono is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Ono wants a takedown.
Rob Stewart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Takihashi Ono. Stewart leaning his opponent against the cage. Ono pulls guard effortlessly. Ono pulls Stewart in close to prevent any damage. Ono looking to hit a scissor sweep but Stewart is one step ahead there. Ono not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Ono has control of Stewart's left arm, preventing Stewart from doing any damage. Stewart trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ono is looking to stand up but Stewart isn't so interested in that idea. Takihashi Ono has got the better of the ground game so far. Ono has his hands on Stewart's head, controlling the position. Ono scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Ono doesn't succeed with the takedown and Stewart counters with a nice uppercut. Stewart misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Stewart misses with a takedown and Ono counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Stewart's guard now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ono working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Ono trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Stewart throws his legs up looking for a submission but Ono uses it to pass to side control.
Stewart tries to get back to half guard but can't. Stewart manages to work his way to half guard, despite Ono's best efforts. Ono is pressing down on Stewart's thigh, looking to free his foot. Stewart is holding on for now. Stewart looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Stewart looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Ono is tying to control. Stewart wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Stewart is looking to improve his position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Stewart misses with a head kick.
Stewart plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! No luck for Ono with that takedown attempt. Ono gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Stewart counters with a flying knee. Nice. Takihashi Ono seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stewart looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Ono! Stewart with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Ono holds on to Stewart around his waist, trying desperately to prevent any attacks. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Takihashi Ono will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Stewart's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Ono drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Ono trying to control but Stewart is working from the bottom. Ono slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Ono trying to control the position from guard on top but Stewart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stewart keeping full guard, as Ono tries to pass. Ono looking to sit in guard and control but Stewart gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Stewart thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ono is on top in guard.
Ono trying to control but Stewart is working from the bottom. Ono not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Stewart looking for submissions off his back. Ono is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Stewart! Ono controlling his opponent. Stewart is desperately trying to improve his position but Ono has a good base and remains in mount. Stewart is working hard here to advance position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ono looking to control and managing it successfully. Let's hope that Ono has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Stewart can't escape the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Stewart has given up his back. Will we see Ono going for some submissions?
Ono tries to keep control of the position but Stewart is staying busy. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ono scores with strikes from the back.
Rob Stewart has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ono has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Stewart's body.
And that's the end of the fight! Takihashi Ono comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Ono winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
