Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kutchek Gore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Crawley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. John Crawley has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kutchek Gore's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kutchek Gore! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Crawley! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Donatello Bradman.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from Gore. Those never looked like landing. Gore is breathing heavily. Crawley throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Gore's head. Crawley throws a nice inside leg kick. Crawley lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. A slapping body kick lands there for Crawley. Gore throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Crawley counters with a head kick. That will keep Gore thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Gore tries to clinch but Crawley is having none of it. Crawley works Gore's body with a nice hook. Crawley lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Crawley. Crawley scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Left hook, right uppercut from Crawley. Gore swings away with a body shot that misses
and Crawley counters with a nice leg kick. Crawley stalks Gore and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gore's face. Gore staggers backwards, shaken. Gore looks to throw the jab but Crawley is out of range. Gore misses with a double jab
and Crawley counters with a thumping low kick.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Gore lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Crawley avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Crawley lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Gore ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Crawley moves away.

Gore scores with a shot to the side of Crawley's head. Crawley tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Crawley tries to break the clinch but Gore is controlling the position. Crawley cracks Gore with a nice body shot. Crawley tries to circle away but Gore has him pinned against the cage. Crawley using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Gore has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Gore has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Crawley clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Gore is landing with strikes. Crawley can't take much more of this.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Gore is working the ground and pound. Can Crawley escape? Crawley covering up well under a barage of strikes. Gore just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Crawley grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Gore softening up his opponent with strikes here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. I would not like to be Crawley right now.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Gore lands a punch to the side of the head from the back. Crawley is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Gore.

Kutchek Gore dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Crawley goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Kutchek Gore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gore drives through and clinches with Crawley against the cage.
Nice body punch from Gore. Gore displaying some good clinch control by pressing Crawley up against the cage. Crawley is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Gore is keeping busy. Crawley tries to work over Gore's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Crawley wants to break the clinch but can't.
Gore scores with a shot to the side of Crawley's head. Gore blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A nice glancing elbow lands by Crawley. A short right hand to the side of the head by Gore.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Gore prevents a body shot from Crawley. Gore lands a body punch in the clinch.
Gore has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Crawley is trying to keep an underhook but Gore manages to get the takedown into half guard. Gore controlling the action here. Nice strikes from Gore there. Crawley is looking to escape. Ground and pound from Gore. Ground and pound from Gore.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Gore throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Gore seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Crawley on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Crawley won't allow Gore to pass to mount. Gore is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Gore wants to pass to mount but Crawley is defending the position. Gore winds up and cracks Crawley with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Gore has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Gore controlling the pace for now.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Gore lands with some strikes. Gore controlling the position easily from mount. Gore lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Crawley hang on? And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Kutchek Gore dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Crawley gets tackled into the cage by Gore. Gore maintains the clinch. Gore just leaning against Crawley, taking a breather. Crawley scores with a nice hook to the head. Crawley tries to break the clinch but Gore is controlling the position. Crawley looking to stall.
Gore scores with a nice hook to the head. Gore lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Crawley or not. Gore lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Crawley backwards. Crawley can't break the clinch.
Gore is leaning against Crawley and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Crawley wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Gore makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Gore keeps control of Crawley as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Gore cracks Crawley with a nice body shot. Gore is stalling here.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Gore just leaning against Crawley, taking a breather. Crawley is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Gore lands a body punch. A battle for position here, against the cage. Gore lands a shot to the body. Gore slowing the pace effectively. Gore digs a right hand underneath Crawley's ribcage. Crawley let out a lung full of air as it connected. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Gore as Crawley tries to tie him up. Gore is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Crawley is trying to break the clinch but Gore has him pressed against the cage. Crawley wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Gore is trying to trip Crawley. He has hold of a leg but Crawley is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Gore persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Gore slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Crawley takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Gore scores with punches from side control. Gore postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Gore misses with the ground and pound. Gore working the head and body with strikes. Crawley pushes Gore away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Gore gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Gore scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Crawley to see if he's OK.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Gore landing a few strikes. Crawley on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Gore lands some shots froms side control. Gore is trying to ground and pound but Crawley uses the momentary lack of control by Gore to regain half guard. John Crawley has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kutchek Gore is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Gore thows a huge punch but Crawley dodges it nicely.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Gore keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Gore thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Crawley's head. Gore not doing much here.

And that's the end of the fight! Kutchek Gore showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gore, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
