Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Kellly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikko Tysooni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kellly comes into the arena with MDC-John Wayne Was A Nazi blaring out of the sound system. Tysooni is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Cantina Song. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mikko Tysooni was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kellly chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tysooni can pounce on him.
Tysooni misses with a double jab.
Tysooni walks into a left hand.
It looks like Mikko Tysooni has been cut.
Kellly blocks a leg kick.
Tysooni lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Both fighters circling a little - Kellly finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Kellly tries to land a leg kick but Tysooni saw it coming and moves away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tysooni on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Tysooni pivots, looking for a leg kick but Kellly is out of range and Tysooni settles back down.
Kellly throws a lazy right hand but Tysooni sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kellly misses the jab.

Tysooni steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Kellly. That one must have hurt.

Kellly looks for the body kick but Tysooni saw that one coming.
Tysooni moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Tysooni throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kellly takes a swing at Tysooni's ribcage but misses.
Kellly connects with a high kick.
Kellly lands a jab to the head.
Kellly feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tysooni's calf.
Tysooni throws an off balance right hand
and Kellly counters with a right hand to the body.
Kellly is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Tysooni looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tysooni misses with a low kick.
Mikko Tysooni seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kellly thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Tysooni if he has to take too many more of those.
Kellly tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tysooni takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Kellly fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Kellly lands a glancing blow to the side of Tysooni's head.

Tysooni takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Kellly tries a head kick but it misses.
Tysooni chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kellly can pounce on him.

That has opened up Mikko Tysooni's cut even more.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kellly takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Kellly throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Tysooni's head.
Kellly changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kyle Kellly dominated that round.

Tysooni takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Tysooni might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Kellly has got the better of the exchanges.
Kellly avoids the body shot from Tysooni.
Tysooni swings for the body but Kellly moves out of range.
Kellly uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tysooni.
The crowd cheers as Kellly lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tysooni doesn't seem phased though.
The cut above Mikko Tysooni's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kellly has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Kellly throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kellly scores with a jab. Tysooni acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Tysooni buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Kellly fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tysooni has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Kellly fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Tysooni's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Kellly works the jab nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kellly, right into the meat.
Kellly is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tysooni can do to turn this around?

Mikko Tysooni's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Kellly lands with a nice body kick.
Tysooni is still on wobbly legs! Can Kellly finish him?
Look low, kick high! Kellly uses the oldest trick in the book to send Tysooni tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Kellly is absolutely delighted - when Tysooni wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
