Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chop Block (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Triton Barton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Barton's choice of entrance music: I Stand Alone. Block is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Chop Block could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Triton Barton's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barton tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Block counters with a single leg into guard. Barton didn't expect that.
Block is breathing heavily.
Block trying to control but Barton is working from the bottom.
Barton wants to stand up but Block is controlling him.
Block wants to control from the top but Barton keeps moving.
Block won't allow Barton to get back to his feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Chop Block wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Barton closes the distance but Block moves to the side
and Block counters with an outside leg kick.
Block fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Barton, pushing him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Block has Barton pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Block pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Barton tumbling to the mat - Block dives into Barton's guard.
Block stays in close to Barton's body and controls the position.
Barton is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Block is controlling him.
Block pushes down on Barton's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Barton is kicking away at Block from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Block grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a hell hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with Barton trying to push Block off... Barton taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
