Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bill Hicks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Colmen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hicks comes to the cage accompanied by Bang Your Head. Jay Colmen will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bill Hicks!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jay Colmen!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hicks displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Colmen throws out the jab.
Colmen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hicks uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Colmen.
Hicks fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Colmen misses with a few strikes there.
Colmen walks into a stiff left hand from Hicks.
Hicks shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Colmen as he avoids it easily.
Hicks dips to his left and cracks Colmen with an uppercut!
Colmen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hicks throws a series of strikes that have Colmen backpedaling.
Colmen connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Hicks will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bill Hicks. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hicks tries to clinch but Colmen moves out of range.
Colmen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hicks moves in looking to clinch but Colmen pushes him off.

Hicks throws a right and a left that Colmen avoids nicely.

Hicks misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hicks tries to close the distance and clinch up but Colmen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Colmen lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Hicks is rocked!
Bill Hicks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Colmen throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Hicks colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Colmen as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Hicks is left battered and dazed whilst Colmen and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jay Colmen!
