Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paxio shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Paxio fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tosh avoids it really well and circles away.
A slapping body kick lands there for Tosh.

and Tosh counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Tosh counters with a leg kick.
Tosh will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Paxio shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tosh counters with a three punch combo that has Paxio backing up. Paxio nods at Tosh to acknowledge the strikes.
Paxio gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Paxio keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tosh's efforts to push away.
Tosh tries to break the clinch but Paxio is controlling the position.

Tosh wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Paxio has him pressed against the ropes.
Tosh pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Tosh enables Paxio to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tosh manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Paxio drops back looking for a leg! Tosh is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tosh manages to kick Paxio off! Paxio jumps back into Tosh's guard.
Tosh wants to get back to his feet but Paxio is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Paxio thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Paxio is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Tosh is looking to stand up but Paxio isn't so interested in that idea.

Paxio sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tosh's guard.
Paxio stops Tosh from getting back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Paxio in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Tosh tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Paxio!
