Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Davison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Tatarata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davison comes to the ring accompanied by Nowhere to run. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Davison! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tomasz Tatarata! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tatarata takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Davison lands an overhand right. Davison scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Davison changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Davison lands with an uppercut that bounces Tatarata off the ropes and back into rage. Davison fails with a takedown attempt. Tatarata shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Davison but Davison pushes him off and we're back to square one. Davison lands a nice leg kick that just misses Tatarata's sensitive parts. This has been an exciting period of action! Tatarata looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Davison is fending him off so far but Tatarata persists. Nope, Davison circles away and we're back to standing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Davison displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tatarata. Joe Davison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tomasz Tatarata. Davison clinches. Tatarata stops a takedown attempt from Davison.
Tatarata changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Davison fights it off and pushes away nicely.

so Tatarata counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Tatarata avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Davison escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tatarata gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Tatarata prevents Davison from getting back to his feet. Davison throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Davison has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Tatarata has passed into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Davison is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Davison pushes Tatarata away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Tatarata gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Davison tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Tatarata wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Tatarata is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Davison knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Davison is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Tatarata has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tatarata tries for a kimura but Davison is defending well. Tatarata prevents Davison from escaping the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Davison dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Davison lands with a cross. Davison gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Davison breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Davison closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Davison lands in his opponent's guard. Davison wanted to stand there but Tatarata had control of the position. Tatarata escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Davison gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Tatarata is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Davison is aware though and is defending well. Davison is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Davison connects with a couple of short punches. Tatarata looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Davison wants to get up but he can't break Tatarata's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Davison stands up from Tatarata's guard - Davison perhaps looking for a knockout. Davison moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Tatarata tries for a takedown but Davison sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Davison throws a head kick that misses.

Joe Davison is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Davison displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Davison misses with an uppercut. Tatarata saw that one coming. Danga de danga de dang - Davison scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Tomasz Tatarata has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Davison misses with the combination.
Tatarata looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Davison is fending him off so far but Tatarata persists. Nope, Davison circles away and we're back to standing. Tatarata is breathing heavily. Tatarata fails with a takedown attempt. Joe Davison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tomasz Tatarata.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tatarata tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Davison lands with an overhand left. A chopping leg kick lands by Davison. Tatarata tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Tatarata slips a jab and a cross from Davison.
Davison lands with a nice combination. Tatarata backs away looking to recover.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Davison looks to land a combination but Tatarata avoids it well. Davison closes the distance and lands a one-two. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Davison lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Tatarata walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Davison throws out a powerful jab. Joe Davison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Davison with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Davison lands a nice shot that snaps Tatarata's head back.
Davison clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Davison dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Tomasz Tatarata's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Davison gets in close and instigates a clinch. Davison has hold of one of Tatarata's legs. Tatarata is fighting the takedown attempt but Davison gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Tatarata has his foot on Davison's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Davison works his way back into a safe position though. Davison stands up and waves to Tatarata to follow him. Davison dives in and grabs Tatarata's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tatarata pushes down on Davison's head and hops out. Davison leaves Tatarata with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Davison closes the distance and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Davison tries for a takedown but Tatarata manages to get underhooks.
Davison lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the ropes. Davison is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tatarata can do to turn this around? Tatarata takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Davison is working for takedown but Tatarata is calmly controlling the position for now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Davison. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Davison goes for a takedown attempt but Tatarata pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Tatarata takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Tatarata closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Tatarata prevents Davison from standing back up.
Davison looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Tatarata pushes past his half guard into mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. You get the feeling that Davison really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Davison trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Tatarata wants to control the pace but Davison is squirming around nicely. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Davison can't escape the position.
Tatarata trying to control but Davison is having none of it. Davison really wants to buck Tatarata off and get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Davison is looking to get to half guard. Davison is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Davison is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Davison is trying to get to the ropes to help him get back to his feet.
Davison defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Tatarata. Davison is trying to escape the mount.
Davison really wants to buck Tatarata off and get back to his feet. Joe Davison overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tatarata wants to control the pace but Davison is squirming around nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Joe Davison showed his dominance in that final round. Well Davison has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
