Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Father Frottage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mike Tank! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Father Frottage! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tank looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Tank shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Father Frottage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tank avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Frottage tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tank paws at him with a jab and circles away. Frottage feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tank's calf. Frottage defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tank. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Tank. That's going to take a lot out of him. Frottage throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tank was covering up waiting for the punch and Frottage finishes the takedown easily into guard. Frottage trying to control the position from guard on top but Tank is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frottage works a leg free and moves into half guard. Frottage sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tank defending well though. Frottage wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tank keeps working. Frottage throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Tank might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Frottage thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tank's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frottage missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Frottage sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tank defending well though. Frottage not landing any meaningful shots this time. Tank is looking to escape. Frottage throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Frottage lands strikes from half guard. Frottage sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tank defending well though. Tank is staying active underneath Frottage, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Tank on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tank tries to get out of the position. Frottage perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Father Frottage hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Frottage scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. A slapping leg kick lands for Frottage.
Frottage keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frottage connects with an inside leg kick. Frottage throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Frottage lands a front kick. Tank is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Tank changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Frottage tries to avoid it but Tank manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Frottage to the ground. Frottage escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Frottage stuns Tank with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Tank gets tackled into the cage by Frottage. Frottage maintains the clinch. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Frottage lands a right hand that snaps the head of Tank backwards.
It looks like Mike Tank has been cut. Frottage lands a nice shot to the body. Frottage lands a left hand.
A short uppercut from Frottage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Tank. No joy for Frottage on that attempt. Frottage connects with a solid leg kick. Tank has his takedown stuffed and Frottage counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Frottage thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tank's head. Frottage is nestled in close to Tank, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Frottage trying to control from half guard but Tank is working away. Tank knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Frottage on the ground. Father Frottage has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frottage slips a nice elbow through Tank's hands, connecting with Tank's forehead. Frottage throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Frottage is looking to take a break and control but Tank is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Frottage seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Frottage throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frottage thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Frottage throwing shots but Tank is blocking nicely. Tank blocking the ground and pound attempt from Frottage. Frottage not landing any meaningful shots this time. Frottage scoring with strikes to the body and head. Well, if Frottage is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Tank is staying active underneath Frottage, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Lucky escape for Tank because Frottage loaded up on that one. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frottage raining down shots from the mount! Frottage lands a big elbow.

Tank is in a horrible position here. Frottage smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Jeez, Mike Tank's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mike Tank's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
