Marks kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is The Stroke. Theo Marks has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marks misses with a body kick.
Spargel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Marks moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Marks misses with a low kick.
Marks throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Spargel's head.
Marks connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Marks throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Spargel counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Marks down! Spargel is looking to finish but Marks is intelligently defending himself.
Marks is rocked!
Marks looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Marks wants to sweep but no luck.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Marks escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Spargel gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Marks throws a head kick that half lands.
Spargel misses with the combination.
Marks seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Spargel shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Marks is backing up but Spargel catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Marks covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Spargel Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
