Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bastian Schweinsteiger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jin Takeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schweinsteiger comes to the cage accompanied by Son Kite - On Air. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Bastian Schweinsteiger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jin Takeda! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schweinsteiger shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Schweinsteiger trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Schweinsteiger trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Takeda manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Takeda won't allow Schweinsteiger to sweep him here. Schweinsteiger keeping full guard, as Takeda tries to pass. Takeda keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Schweinsteiger's head. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Takeda stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Schweinsteiger swivels though and keeps the full guard. Schweinsteiger wants to sweep here but Takeda controlling him for the moment. Schweinsteiger is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Schweinsteiger is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Takeda is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Schweinsteiger's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Schweinsteiger's back!
That's one minute gone in the round. I really don't envy Schweinsteiger right now.
Schweinsteiger trying to control the hands but Takeda won't let him. Schweinsteiger tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Takeda is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Schweinsteiger can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Takeda working for a submission but Schweinsteiger is keeping him at bay. Takeda working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Schweinsteiger regains half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schweinsteiger looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Schweinsteiger is not content to let Takeda control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Schweinsteiger makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Schweinsteiger. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Takeda's corner. There ya go! There ya go! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Takeda would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Schweinsteiger looking to hit a scissor sweep but Takeda is one step ahead there. Schweinsteiger keeping moving, preventing Takeda from controlling successfully. Takeda postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Schweinsteiger is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Takeda, into his guard. Schweinsteiger passes easily into side control. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Schweinsteiger tries for a kimura but Takeda is defending well. Schweinsteiger trying to control the position but Takeda is working away. Schweinsteiger thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Takeda is looking for a sweep.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Takeda sneaks back into half guard. Schweinsteiger is looking for a kimura but Takeda is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Schweinsteiger to get the leverage. Schweinsteiger wants to free his trapped foot but Takeda is holding on for dear life with his legs. Schweinsteiger seems to be working for a kimura but Takeda defends the submission attempt. Schweinsteiger is looking to pass Takeda's guard but actually Takeda recovers to full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Takeda tries to land a sweep but no joy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bastian Schweinsteiger dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Schweinsteiger throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Schweinsteiger misses with a wild body shot. Takeda fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Sloppy strikes from Takeda. Those never looked like landing. Bastian Schweinsteiger is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Schweinsteiger connects with a body shot. Takeda checks the leg kick. Takeda closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Schweinsteiger to the mat! Schweinsteiger manages to get full guard. Schweinsteiger is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Schweinsteiger lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Takeda!
That's one minute gone in the round. Schweinsteiger is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Takeda is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Takeda flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Schweinsteiger anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Takeda and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Schweinsteiger slips an arm under Takeda chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Schweinsteiger has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Schweinsteiger is squeezing on Takeda like an anaconda would it's prey. Takeda fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Bastian Schweinsteiger!
