The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Paulo Santos and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Georgsen throws a series of punches but Macullah moves out of range.
Macullah throws a low kick but Georgsen avoids it.
Georgsen lands with a right hand.
Georgsen throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Macullah looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Georgsen is fending him off so far but Macullah persists. Nope, Georgsen circles away and we're back to standing.
Georgsen works Macullah's body with a nice hook.

Macullah tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Georgsen swivels and escapes.

Georgsen scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

and Macullah counters with a nice double leg into side control. Georgsen won't be happy with that.
Macullah tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Macullah has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
