Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Ferro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Tyler Durden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruno Ferro! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ferro takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Durden darts in and clinches Ferro up against the cage. Ferro tries to throw a body punch but Durden avoids it by throwing Ferro back against the cage. Durden with a knee to the head.
Durden lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Durden prevents Ferro from improving his position. Ferro is trying is best to control the position here. Ferro is looking for a sweep. Durden is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Ferro is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Durden controlling the action here. Ferro wants to get back to full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Durden on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ferro. Ferro obviously looking to wear him down.
Durden scores with a sloppy right hand. Ferro should have avoided that one. Ferro fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Ferro throws a leg kick that is checked and Durden finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Ferro throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Durden's head. Durden lands with a thumping leg kick.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Durden closes the distance and pushes Ferro back into the cage. Ferro wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Durden tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Ferro wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Durden has him pressed against the cage. Ferro's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Ferro lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Durden or not. Ferro working hard to break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ferro tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Durden just stands there and leans against the cage. Durden throws a knee to the head but misses.

Tyler Durden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruno Ferro. Ferro jumps guard but Durden stands there with Ferro around his waist. Ferro gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ferro is trying to keep Durden in close.
Durden stands up from guard. Let's bang! Ferro misses with a low kick. Durden thows a left - swing and a miss! Ferro defending well as Durden loads up on a big left hand. Durden checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Durden fails in his attempt to clinch. Ferro will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Durden moves out of range of the body kick. Ferro throws a front kick aimed at Durden's knee but Durden avoids it well. Durden throws a head kick that misses. Durden darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Durden moves out of range of the body kick. Ferro slaps away a takedown attempt from Durden, before circling back to the center of the mat. Durden scores with a nice strike. Durden fails with an attempt to clinch.
A head kick misses from Durden. Durden slips a straight right by Ferro. Ferro throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Durden was covering up waiting for the punch and Ferro finishes the takedown easily into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Durden is pulling down on Ferro's head. It's preventing any offense from Ferro, at least for the moment. Ferro trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Durden is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ferro is looking to improve his position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ferro is positioning himself well to prevent Durden advancing to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Tyler Durden will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Ferro displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Durden throws out the jab. Ferro on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Durden throws a right hand that Ferro ducks under and follows up with a left that Ferro also avoids with ease. Ferro throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Durden throws a combination that misses and Ferro counters with a leg kick. Durden misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ferro checks a leg kick. Durden lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Ferro misses with a takedown attempt - Durden sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ferro misses with the body kick and Durden makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A telegraphed right hand from Durden misses the target. Durden works the jab nicely. Durden misses with a left hand and Ferro counters with a takedown into side control. Ferro tries to score with some ground and pound. Durden controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Ferro swings around for an armbar but Durden sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Ferro's guard. Durden sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ferro's guard. Ferro is looking for a sweep. Durden is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Ferro keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Durden wants to take a breather but Ferro is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Durden stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Ferro to get to his feet. A head kick misses from Ferro. Durden misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ferro throws a leg kick but Durden moved away. Durden throws a nice inside leg kick. Ferro tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ferro throws a hook to the side of Durden's head but Durden sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Ferro on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Durden dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Durden rushes Ferro and presses him up against the cage. Ferro tries to score a body lock takedown but Durden shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Ferro struggles to land a body shot inside as Durden controls his hands.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Durden. Durden connects with a knee to the head.

Durden can't do much from the bottom here. Ferro trying to control the position but Durden is working away. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Durden slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Durden taking a breather here. Bruno Ferro has got the better of the ground game so far. Ferro takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Durden has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Durden wants to control but Ferro is keeping him busy. Ferro is trying to get back to half guard. Tyler Durden is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Ferro is being controlled here. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Tyler Durden just wasn't active enough. Durden's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Durden duly obliges. Ferro throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Durden misses with a takedown attempt - Ferro sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A punch combination from Durden misses. Tyler Durden is winning the standup battle so far. Durden moves out of range of the body kick from Ferro.
Ferro shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Durden manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Ferro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Durden swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Durden seems keen to control Ferro's posture. Ferro trying to control the position from guard on top but Durden is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ferro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. The ref stands the fighters back up. Tyler Durden wasn't doing enough on the ground. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Ferro. Ferro leaves Durden with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Durden throws a lazy right hand but Ferro sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Ferro lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Sloppy strikes from Durden. Those never looked like landing. Ferro manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Durden on his heels. He'll look to pass Durden's guard now, I'm sure. Ferro tries to free his leg and advance position but Durden is retaining full guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tyler Durden. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Durden, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
